ISLAMABAD: At least six school students were injured in a stampede in Bannu after earthquake tremors struck the northern parts of the country including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), FATA and Islamabad on Wednesday morAccording to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the magnitude of the quake was recorded 5.1 on the Richter scale.According to reports, the tremors were felt between 8.15am and 8.30am. People felt the jolts for about 20 seconds.A spokesman of Pakistan Meteorological Department said that the epicentre was near Bannu in KP. Its depth was recorded at 10 kilometres.ning. However, no loss of life was reported.
